Discharge of Paragraph 1.1 (Car Club Scheme) as required by Part 1 of Schedule 6 of the S106 agreement ref: LEG/RP/PL/S106/RR020/143283 of the planning permission ref. 18/AP/4195 granted for: (Construction of two 5 -storey extensions at the end of Roderick and Antony House.
