Description

Minor alterations to the ground floor front elevation of the building to allow the following changes:-Replacement of the existing metal vehicle and pedestrian entrance gate material with new anthracite black perforated metal.- Black anthracite metal cladding above entrance gate and adjacent to fenestration, to provide new signage.-Replacement of existing full height glazing to windows of server store and application of frosted vinyl to lower glazing to reception area to enhance privacy.- Installation of planters of black anthracite metal and low-level lighting, to be placed within columns outside the front elevation.
