Minor material amendment of planning permission ref. no. 18/AP/1485: Continued use of temporary four-storey building for office use until 31st March 2024, and to re-clad the existing facades of the building with new metal panels, and install a new ramped access on the north side of the building. Minor Material Amendment sought: re-wording of Condition 2 to read: 'The use of the building hereby permitted shall be discontinued and the building permanently removed by 30 June 2025 and within 6 months of that date, the land shall be made good.'
