Application for partial discharge of Condition '21' 'Cycle Storage' in relation to part e) ('Block 5') only, pursuant to planning permission 17/AP/3885: Variation to Condition 2 (Approved Plans) and Condition 43 (Quantum of Development) of planning permission 17/AP/3885.
