Description

- Replace the existing blank / opaque fixed windows with transparent casement window and fixed window in studios at 1st -17th floors;- Replace the glazing of the existing blank / opaque window with transparent glazing in the laundry room at 1st floor;- Replace existing transparent glazing with opaque glazing to accommodate an accessible bathroom pod in existing studios at 2nd -17th floors (1 studio per floor);- Replace the existing 1.5 metre high glazed screen with a new 2.5 metre glazed screen around the external amenity terrace at 18th floor; and- New glazed curtain walling and entrance door below zone of existing canopy.
