Variation of legal agreement ref. LEG/RP/PL/Sl06/RR020/143139 associated with planning permission ref. 17/AP/3910 (as amended by 19/AP/7564) in order to amend the definition of 'Application Energy Strategy' contained in Clause 1.1 and also to update the definition of 'Mortgagee' contained in Clause 1.1 of the Principal Agreement and amend associated requirements set out under Clause 7.1 of the Principal Agreement. This is required to facilitate a change to the heating strategy for the development to include a community air source heat pump led system following updated guidance from the GLA that requires a move away from CHP plant to low carbon alternatives. The proposed changes to the definition and requirements of the 'Mortgagee' are required to accurately reflect the existing use value of the site to ensure the developer can secure sufficient funding for delivery of the scheme.
