Description

Extend the lower ground floor up to the existing external stair to create a garden room and extend into the roof space. The original rear wall of the property will be retained, along with the window and door opening in the wall. Replacement of metal balustrade with cast iron balustrade on the rear elevation. The existing non-original roof extension will be retained, with the flat portion slightly raised and slopes re-finished in natural slate with 5x traditional dormer windows.
