Works to trees in a conservation area: Large conifer - Dismantle to just above ground level (leaving the stump)Larch (crudely pollarded at 8m)Allow the top to regenerate. Reduce the height by 1.5m and take the branch end back by 2m.False acacia self-sets (very close to the area at the back). Dig all out.2 x 5.5m plum trees (growing into one another) but in good condition.Heavy reduction by cutting back to below previous pruning points to main growth points at 2m.2 x 5.5m apple trees (with open crowns) - One tree is heavilky leaning and growing into other plantsRemove some of the weight from the leaning tree by cutting back to growth points between 1.8m and 3m (where it has historically been cut before)Remove some of the inward-growing water shootsWork to these apple trees can be carried out in the summer.Small tree of heaven (just behind the leaning apple tree) - Dig out and remove2 x small young sycamores (in the raised border at the back) - Dig out and remove
