Description

Non-material amendment to planning permission ref. 18/AP/1604 for hybrid planning permission for the comprehensive redevelopment of land including the Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, Surrey Quays Leisure Park, former Harmsworth Quays Printworks and land at Roberts Close for a range of land uses, new and improved public realm and associated infrastructure works'. The amendment are to Plot A1 and the changes include:-New substation at ground floor level (in lieu of retail floorspace) -Canopy added to external fire escape staircase for weather protection (following request by Building Control) -Altered stair locations in Tower A-Additional plant at roof level
