Non-material amendment to planning permission ref. 20/AP/0858 (for the redevelopment of the site to provide a mixed-use development comprising buildings up to 11 storeys in height and accommodating new homes (Use Class C3) and commercial floorspace (Use Class B1c), car parking, cycle parking and associated landscaping). The amendments sought include: -Changes to the wording of Condition 23 (B1c fit out) to reflect the later submission of specific details which are not available at this stage. -Associated changes to the wording of Condition 50 (BREEAM) in light of the changes to Condition 23, availability of BREEAM certification. - and to correct a typo.
