Formal application seeking agreement of the Council (under the terms of 'unless otherwise agreed') for Variation of Requirement CHAWF1 (CoCP Part B, Section 4), Schedule 3 of the Thames Water Utilities Limited (Thames Tideway Tunnel) Order 2014 (the Order) (as amended) for the works at Chambers Wharf Thames Tideway Tunnel worksite regarding relocation of the 5m hoarding on the eastern edge of the site for kiosk construction so that there will be no requirement for LBS to approve the appearance of the hoarding covered within this application.
