Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of the planning permission ref: 17/AP/0749 granted on 16/06/2017 for: (Change of use of part ground and basement levels from office (use class B1a) to flexible A1/A2/A3/A4 use, and the erection of an in-fill mansard roof extension at fourth floor level and creation of an additional third floor at the rear of the site to provide additional office accommodation (use class B1a), internal alterations and a new shopfront. - RESUBMISSION).
