External alterations which include new full height windows and entrance doors on the north elevation of Unit 5, replacement doors on the north elevation of Units 3 and 4, replacement doors and new loading dock on the west elevation adjacent to the service yard area, and removal of the existing trolley bay on the east elevation and alterations to the existing car parking layout.
