Description

Variation of legal agreement ref. LEG/RP/PL/S106/RR020/30 associated with planning permission ref. 19/AP/1612 in order to increase the Tree Loss Contribution by a further £13,508.00 to give a total Tree Loss Contribution of £56,648.00. The increase arises as a result of the removal of 4 x H.Chestnut trees to facilitate the remedial works (removal of contaminated soil) and to increase tree planting to 41 trees, equivalent to 842cm girth. This application is to be considered alongside 23/AP/0768 which seeks to vary Conditions 1 and 4 of planning permission ref. no. 19/AP/1612.
