The changes proposed to Phase A (Bromyard Site), Building A1 include further brickwork detailing and the swapping of locations for the refuse and cycle store. Changes proposed to Building A2 include a full internal redesign to include a second staircase and mechanical smoke extract. Additional impacts due to the internal reconfiguration will be to the dwelling layouts, external cycle storage and the wintergardens/ open corner balconies.
