Non-material amendment to the wording of Conditions 3 'Archaeological Evaluation', 4 'Archaeological Mitigation' and 7 'Site Contamination' of planning permission 18/AP/2761, for: "Demolition of existing buildings and construction of a 12 storey building (plus basement) comprising 46 residential dwellings (Class C3) and commercial floorspace (Class B1(c)), creation of a new vehicular access from Hornshay Street with landscaping (including a communal roof garden), cycle parking and associated ancillary development". The non-material changes exclude from the trigger of all three conditions the demolition of the existing buildings on the site, in order to enable implementation of the development before the planning permission expires.
