Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission ref. no. 22/AP/3564: Alterations including amalgamation of existing studio flat back into single dwelling house; internal reconfiguration works; alterations to existing rear extension including addition of rooflights and changes to rear fenestration with formation of single large opening and new cladding; rendering of exposed brick lintel detail to first floor rear elevation, replacement of existing single glazing to windows with Mono Histoglass glazing. Variation sought: Minor changes as follows:-Omit a 750mm x 2200mm new rooflight, and install an approx. 750mm x 3300mm new rooflight to the modern flat roof extension.-Omit a 750mm x 2200mm new rooflight, and install an approx. 800mm circular rooflight and the location adjusted.-The new metal frame double glazed doors to the modern flat roof extension have been revised in opening method only, to be sliding instead of bi-fold doors.-Removal of a modern masonry wall beside hallway to be replaced with partition at upper ground floor level
