Variation of Condition 6 'Dormers and raised parapet walls to be constructed concurrently and in their totality' pursuant to planning permission 22/AP/1346 dated 24.02.2023 for 'External alterations including the construction of front and rear dormer windows to nos. 208-214, together with the removal of existing rooflights and raising the existing parapet walls, including at no. 206; the installation of air source heat pumps on the roofs of nos. 208-220; the installation of new timber framed shopfronts at nos. 214 and 220; and alterations to the existing fenestration on the Tower Bridge Road and Horselydown Lane elevations, including the alteration and replacement of existing windows, doors and panels.' The variation seeks to allow for the raised parapets to be implemented in pairs (and individually at no. 206) and for the dormers and air source heat pumps to be implemented individually on each property.
