Variation of Condition 1 (Approved plans) and 9 (No roof plant, equipment and other structures) of the previously approved planning permission ref: 17/AP/1715 granted for: (Construction of a 4th and 5th floor extension to create 1 x 3 bedrooms self-contained unit on the proposed 4th floor, and a living room and kitchen on the proposed 5th floor) to allow the following changes:-A rooftop garden/terrace with installation of new planters/balustrading at the front (east) and rear (west), and north and south roof edges.-A glazed mono pitch stairwell access enclosure that would replace the approved lantern feature on the roof.-A rooftop automatically opening vent (AOV) to the south side.-A new 200mm high parapet wall to the south separating wall that would rise 200mm above the rooftop of No.64 Southwark Bridge Road.-Amend Condition 9 to allow structures (i.e. planters, railings/balustrades)
