Details of condition 5 (material samples) required by planning permission 21/AP/1567 'Minor material amendment to plans of the previously approved planning permission ref: 20/AP/1103 granted on 10/06/2020 for: (Demolition of existing single storey studio and construction of a new 2-bedroom house; together with construction of a single storey ground floor side return extension to existing dwelling house) to allow the following changes:- Internal alteration to layout of the rooms, room sizes and other facilities within the house - Reduce basement size, - Retain rear garden level- Remove proposal for additional rooflights set in the garden- Rear extension/outrigger to be increased in depth by 0.86m and reduced its width by 1.31m. - Provision of cycle and refuse bins store within front courtyard - Enlargements of the proposed building at the ground floor front- Increase in the depth of the rear outrigger- Increase in roof height- changes to elevational brick work, fenestration and roofing materials- Removal of side chimney'
