Description

Non material amendment of planning permission ref. no. 21/AP/1235 dated 26/05/2021 for 'Conversion of lower ground floor garage to form habitable space at rear with reduced garage footprint to front. Associated external alterations to include: front replacement of lower ground floor shed door with secondary entrance door; like for like replacement of existing garage door; new bi-folding doors to rear; removal of existing rear steps to be replaced with new straight run staircase; and minor excavation works of rear garden to form landscaped entrance'. The amendment seeks the following: Lower ground floor rear wall proposed opening reduced in height and width with timber framed casement window with muntin bar details in lieu of bi-folding doors; reduced rear garden landscaping excavation with lightwell to suit smaller opening; brick pier and steps with brickwork to match existing in lieu of proposed straight run steel stairs; reduced changes to rear facade negate proposal for white render to lower ground floor, rear facade shall now be brickwork to match existing.
