Non material amendment of planning permission ref. no. 21/AP/1122 dated 07/10/2021 for 'Demolition of the existing buildings and construction of a new part four, part three and part two storey building facing Alice Street, a three storey terrace with mansard level and re-use of existing basement facing onto Tower Bridge Road, to provide 9no. residential dwellings (Use Class C3) and a retail unit (Use Class E(a))'. The amendment seeks the following: 1) A change in colour of the window/door frame from the consented white colour to Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), to both Front Block known as Block A and Rear Block known as Block B;2) A change in colour of the consented tinted precast stone to the facade of the front Block (known as Block A) from saturated pink to contemporary beige.
