Non-material amendments of Condition 6 (Proposed Planting) pursuant to planning permission 22/AP/3626 dated 16/12/2022 for 'Minor material amendment to Condition 1 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 19/AP/6375 for 'Construction of a five storey block of 35 dwellings for social rent, consisting of 14 x 1 bed flats, 12 x 2 bed flats, 9 x 3 bed flats involving the partial demolition of a podium with associated landscaping works. Improvements to wider estate include relocation of an existing MUGA (Multi-Use Games Area), and creation of new landscaped amenity and play areas.'
