Description

Non-material amendment to planning permission 20/AP/2844 comprising a reduction in reveal depth to rear door and side window and increase in height of proposed rooflight to single storey rear extensionAmended are for the roof light to the single storey rear extension was previously not shown on the approved elevations and sections. The elevations and sections have therefore been updated to show the rooflight projecting from the roof. The projection above the parapet is proposed to be 150mm, as the upstand is required to be a minimum of 150mm from finish floor level.
