Non material amendment to Condition 6 'Obscured Glazing' of planning permission 22/AP/3348 to read: "The glazed panels on the 1st floor office extension and the 3rd floor office extension on the north and south elevations hereby approved (dwg. no. 00_P_201 REV.P9 & 00_P_200 REV.P11) shall be obscure glazed up to a height of 1700mm from internal floor level, and the glass balustrade on the 2nd floor terrace shall be obscure glazed as shown on the south elevation. This type of glass shall be installed when the glazed panels and balustrade are constructed and maintained in perpetuity."
