Non-material amendment to planning permission 22/AP/0071 dated 24/03/2022 for 'Construction of a single storey full width side-rear extension and rear dormer roof extension with a Juliette balcony; extending the roof ridge by 180mm and installing rooflights on the front and rear outrigger roof slopes; installing new windows to the front, side and rear of the property; and removing the existing pebbledash throughout to restore the original brick finish.'
