Exempt works.Plus works to other trees not covered by the order or which have been planted as conditional replacements.Reason for work to TPO Trees: Works to be undertaken to remove dead branches to improve form and increase safety, also to increase light and air penetration for plants below the tree?s crown, in accordance with good arboriculture practice and maintain the future well being and growth of the trees.
