Non material amendment for planning 19/AP/1150 for demolition of the existing building and erection of a new five storey building to accommodate a new in-patient mental health facility comprising 8 wards together with associated landscape works.Proposed Amendments are minimal and are considered to be in keeping with the original character and design intent of the approved scheme. The proposed changes are detailed in the supporting design document prepared by architects IBI Group and summarised below. The curtain wall heights will be increase to 4m in height. This will remain completely translucent glazing and only run around the periphery of outdoor areas; The locations for the updated curtain wall system will be: . Three balconies on the northern fasade. . The level 1 terrace.. The level 4 terrace and . The level 4 roof garden which is located to the south along Windsor Walk. The proposed anti-grip coping will run along the top of the curtain wall system. It is proposed to use the Skyline Aluminium Anti-climb barrier
