Details of Condition 3- detailed drawings of the proposed gate and railings as required by full planning permission 21/AP/0903 dated 29/10/2022 for external and internal refurbishment of the lower and upper floor flats. External works include fabric repairs, removal of blacktop to front entrance steps and repairs/ replacement of stone treads, replacement of Upvc windows and doors (lower flat), redecoration of existing timber windows in a darker colour (upper flat), replacement of modern front entrance door, widening of the opening on the rear facade and new doors with side lights (lower flat), reconfiguration of the roof to the outrigger and installation of a zinc roof with rooflight (upper flat), removal of existing rooflight and installation of a new conservation style rooflight (upper flat). Reinstatement of the front boundary treatment, by the introduction of brick piers and plinth cast iron railings and gate (Revised description).
