Remove self-sown multistem Sycamore.The tree and roots require complete removal from the rear soft landscaped area within the sites demise to allow for restoration works required to bring the listed building back into an active viable use, which has already received planning permission. Given it's removal is required to bring the listed building back into an active viable use, it is not considered that protecting the tree is in the public interest; particularly given its species, small size, multi-stemmed form and proximity to adjacent structures.
