Description

Listed Building Consent: Partial removal of the existing load bearing wall between original almshouse and 1961 extension and infilling of an existing opening. Proposed installation of a steel RSJ and non-structural stud wall in same location as existing load bearing wall and associated making good. Internal reconfiguration to create a bedroom and shower room in the extension and a kitchen/ lounge/ diner in the original part of the building, and associated fittings and services. Repair of original almshouse casement window, where rotting of the mullion has occurred (Revised description).
