Minor material amendment of planning application ref. no. 21/AP/0930: (Demolition of existing ground and first floor outrigger and construction of ground and first floor rear extension with a rear facing terrace. Enlargement of existing dormer to the rear and replacement of two rooflights of front roof slope. Enlargement of the basement with installation of lightwells ) to lower the roof of the rear extension by 300 mm at the rear extension, the external finish of the windows and doors to be changed to Bronze to match the timber cladding on the rear elevation. The decrease in the size of the front light well by moving the dwarf wall by 500mm towards the house to enlarge the length of the driveway.
