Modification of planning obligations contained in a Section 106 Agreement dated 10th February 2023 associated with planning permission reference ST/0412/20/FUL. The Agreement currently states that in respect of Education Contributions; 1.1 To pay the Council the Education Contribution in three instalments as follows: a) £148,638.00 (one hundred and forty eight thousand six hundred and thirty eight pounds) on or before Occupation of 10 Dwellings; b) £148,638.00 (one hundred and forty eight thousand six hundred and thirty eight pounds) on or before Occupation of 30 Dwellings; c) £148,639.00 (one hundred and forty eight thousand six hundred and thirty nine pounds) on or before Occupation of 60 Dwellings; 1.2 Not to Occupy; a) more than 10 Dwellings until the amount due under paragraph 1.1 a) is paid in full to the Council; b) more than 30 Dwellings until the amount due under paragraph 1.1 b) is paid in full to the Council; and c) more than 60 Dwellings until the amount due under paragraph 1.1 c) is paid in full to the Council. Modification of the above mentioned planning obligations is now sought to amend the number of occupations before the education contribution is due to; On or before occupation of 15 dwellings On or before occupation of 35 dwellings On or before occupation of 65 dwellings.
