Notification of Proposed Works to Trees in a Conservation Area: T1 sycamore , remove to ground level. This tree has caused major cracks to the inside brick built wall. The old sandstone wall has also got cracks in and is bulging out into the public footpath. My client would like to remove the tree and replant a silver birch
