Description

Adjoining authority application for refurbish the existing warehouse space, remove the existing south-facing extension, and carry out external alterations. Provision of a truck wash bay adjacent to the west elevation with concrete laid to fall to the existing drainage. Formation of 16 new parking spaces (including 1no. accessible & 1no. EV) to the north of the building. The proposed works will provide a vehicle workshop for the maintenance, repair, and parking of HGVs together with such other purposes ancillary to that use along with the storage and processing of road planings, aggregates and similar materials.
