Use of the dwellinghouse to provide care and support to a maximum of 2 no. young persons (aged between 7 and 18 years) on medium to long term basis. At any one time, there would be a maximum of 2 no. adult carers on-site during the day and night working 48-hour shift patterns (plus a manager visiting on various days Monday-Friday during normal working hours (9am-5pm) and a social worker visiting typically once a month). Staff changeover times would typically take place once every day between the hours of 8am and 8.15am, with one staff shift changeover every 24 hours due to overlapping shifts. There would typically be a maximum of 3 no. cars parked on site each day (including the private car parking space at the rear).
