Phase 1- Incorporation of a landscaped Recreational Area to the Eastern side between Car Park and Service Yard.- Removal of Solar Shading to North and East Fa?ades of Main Office Reception.- Change from Helical to Straight Stair within the Reception Area (internal alteration only).- Reconfiguration of WCs across Ground and First Floor (internal alterations only).- Reconfiguration of Food Preparation Area (internal alterations only).- Relocation of Air Handling Unit (AHU) machinery to east elevation.- Relocation of 6 No. trees within northern car park to nearby soft landscaping.- Fall arrest system added onto the roof.- Ridge level altered by +140mm to reflect actual Steelwork and structure (raising level from 13.70m to 13.84m).- Kiln Chimney Flues added to drawing. Max height now 17m above finished floor level.- Minor alterations to cladding on the Proposed Elevations as described in the Key Legend. This includes increase in height of Raw Materials Store. Several operational doors have been altered to serve Users Operational Requirements.- Louvres have been indicated on the Proposed Elevations in accordance with M E Ventilation Systems Requirements.- Glass canopy added to Secondary Office main entrance & Drivers Waiting Area access door.- FF & SF Main office extended to GL T. Added mezzanine between GL's T-X.Phase 2- As above.
