These changes include the inclusion of an underground LPG tank, which due to the installation requirements and regulations this has impacted the positioning of parking arrangements and garage outbuildings. In reference to condition no. 3, we wish to change the fascia and soffit to white uPVC from painted white timber. This will match the proposed uPVC windows.
