Application to Fell No. 1 Tree as shown within the South Somerset District Council (CHAR 2) 1995 Tree Preservation Order.T1 - Oak tree at the bottom of my garden. I feel that the tree is becoming too big for the garden, threat of damage to property, replanting with smaller ornamental species such as Amelanchier proposed.
