Description

Application to carry out Tree Surgery Works to No. 10 Trees and Fell No. 2 Trees as shown within the South Somerset District Council (CHAR 4) 2006 Tree Preservation Order.T1-T10 - Oak- To prune the crown height and spread by 10%, removing branch lengths of up to 1.5 metres and making natural target pruning cuts of up to 25 mm removing the end weight and leverage of all branches. These trees are previously lapsed pollards. T11 - Oak - To dismantle in a controlled manner using ropes and pulleys as required, 1 x Oak tree (T11) which is showing significant signs of crown dieback.T12 - Oak - To dismantle in a controlled manner using ropes and pulleys as required, 1 x Oak tree (T12) which is showing significant signs of crown dieback.There may be a presence of Collybia fusipes at the base of the trunks of T11 and T12 as shown in Photo 3 and Photo 4.
