Application to carry out Tree Surgery Works to No. 2 Trees and Fell No. 1 Tree as shown within the Wincanton Rural District Council (QUCA1) 1971 Tree Preservation Order. T1 Cupressocyparis leylandii -Description of intended work: This tree is over dominant in respect of the property garden and overcasting the south boundary neighbours property. Do to the location a conservative remedial action is not viable therefore it is proposed to fell the tree down to ground level. As collateral benefit the tree removal will enhance the growing halo for the mature magnolia solangiana which stands in the same location.T2Cupressocyparis leylandii - Description of intended work: It is intended to top this small tree and incorporate with the existing level of evergreen hedge.T3 Goat willow: Description of intended work: Reduce apical central portion and east and south quadrant by approx. 3metres from the outer branch tips to mitigate risk of storm damage and branch failure over potential target(Englands Lane and High Street)
