Application to carry out Tree Surgery works to No. 2 Trees as shown within the Wincanton Rural District Council (Ansford and Castle Cary) 1972 Tree Preservation Order T1 - Holm Oak: shorten roadside lateral limb to a new pollard point of 1m in length from the main trunk to alleviate some of the constant lean strain on the tree. Re-pollard the remainder of the canopy. T2 - Red Oak: carry out a 2-3m overall reduction.
