As reported in said document, due to the damage the tree has caused plus the additional risk of damage, it is recommended that 25% of the tree is to be removed each year over 4 years. In 4 years time, the tree will be 100% removed. This application is to proceed with this recommendation and begin the removal of the first 25% of T1. All associated information is within Q15655.
