T5, mature Beech, as identified in the 2 Moor Lane Arboricultural Report. Mature specimen with stem diameter of 690mm. The root protection area therefore being 8.28 metres radius. Constructed at 3.30 metres to the north is a brick built garage constructed circa 15 years ago. The Beech predates the garage. Constructed on the root protection area, root damage including damage to structural stability roots is likely to have occurred. The crown of the Beech just extending over the boundary. Specimen with good leaf cover and establishment at time inspection. Construction of the garage likely to be detrimental to the health and stability of the Beech. Due to the proximity of the garage construction and the potential for structural stability root damage. Due to T5 being within falling distance of properties.Due to concerns of property owner and third parties. Fell recommended and therefore requested.
