Description

Prior Approval for the refurbishment of existing Dalehead building entrance to replace a section of an existing glazed roof with a solid insulated metal roof. Erection of new internal masonry cavity wall to divide the escape lobby as part of an enabling package for a future phase. Replacement of an existing curtain wall with new curtain walling to match and aligned with the new roof profile. Replacement of a separate section of existing curtain wall with a new metal-clad wall set further back internally with an external timber fire escape door with vision panel. Installation of a new service riser to the underside of the roof adjacent to the existing lift shaft.
