Description

This Non-Material Amendment seeks to vary the timescales set out in Condition 1 of the appeal decision to allow additional time for the discharge of that condition. It is proposed to vary Condition 1 as follows: - Amend the opening wording of Condition 1 so that the period for compliance is extended from 18 months to 21 months. - Amend Condition 1(ii) so that the period for the Local Planning Authority to approve the Site Development Scheme, or for an appeal to be made in the event of non-determination, is extended from 8 months to 11 months. No changes are proposed to the approved development, the substance of the condition, or the intended planning outcomes. The amendment is therefore considered to be non-material in nature.
