Discharge of Conditions 4 (Sample Material Required) & Condition 5 (Submission of Joinery) of application P25/S2768/LB (as amended by plans received 19 June 2026 showing the measurements of the glazing and glazing bars). Internal alterations and a garage conversion, removal of a 20th century staircase and changes to the existing floor levels. Demolition a 20th century extension and construction a new single glazed link. Replacement and repair of existing windows along with new glazing to the existing rear single-storey gable wall.
