T1 and T2 Oak tree - Remove to ground level. T3 Hazel coppice - Coppice to ground level. T4 Prunus - no works. T5 Birch tree - remove to ground level. T6 Holly - Remove to ground level. T7 Acer - No works. T8 Apple - No works. T9 Birch - Remove to ground level. The previous owner of the property planted a large number of trees in a relatively small garden. The current owner and applicant wishes to remove the Oak trees as they have been planted in very close proximity to the boundary and they have poor form due to the small spacing between the trees. They would like to remove the Holly and 2 of the Birch to give more space to the neighbouring trees and provide a view up the garden of the Acer.
