Description

There is a large Holly Oak tree in the north west corner of the front lower garden of the property which has significantly outgrown the space and now is growing in to the house. There are concerns that if allowed to continue to grow the tree will undermine the foundations of the Barn part of the house which is listed under the curtilage of the neighbouring cottage (Cripps cottage). The plan is to cut back the tree to a more manageable level and maintain at that size to prevent damage. Confirmed via email 23/03/26: Removal of around 2m in height and reducing the total canopy by around 1m.
