Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) on planning application P22/S1050/FUL (S73A - PART RETROSPECTIVE. Proposed new detached dwelling) - to vary the drawing numbers through a minor material amendment application, that the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Existing Floor Plans FP03, Existing Block Plan 0S 02, Existing Elevations FP04, Existing Site Location Plan OS01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
